FAQs and Delivery Information 

How to order?

Ordering on the website:

1.Select the product you wish to purchase by clicking 'Buy' next to the item.

2. You will then be given the option of adding this item to your shopping basket. Enter how many units you would like to purchase then click 'Add to Basket'. The item will then automatically be added to your shopping basket. You can then return to the main shop menu where you may select further purchases by repeating steps 1 & 2.

3. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click 'View My Basket' at the top of your screen. You will then be shown the contents of your basket.

4. To continue shopping click 'Back'. To refresh your shopping basket, click 'Update Order'. To delete your entire order and begin shopping again click 'Cancel Order'. To continue and complete your transaction select your order method.

5. You will then be asked to provide your personal details to complete your transaction. Please note that if you do not provide a valid E-mail address, credit card number, expiry date & security code, your transaction cannot be completed via the website. When you have completed your personal details click 'Next Step'.

6. You will be shown a detailed copy of your purchase and asked to confirm your transaction. When you have checked that all your order details are correct you must tick the confirm box. If you wish to change any part of your transaction you may click 'Back'. To continue, click 'Confirm'.

7. Your order will now be sent directly to the Dub Vendor warehouse and a receipt acknowledging your order will automatically be sent to your E-mail address. This e-mail will also contain your order reference number.

When ordering by phone, please have your payment card details ready, we will adviser availability.


UK Delivery:

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries in the UK. Most orders are processed and shipped on the day we receive them, apart from those placed on weekends or bank holidays. In most cases Royal Mail will deliver these the next day. There may be a delay if an item is out of stock, though this is rare. We will try to contact you if we are unable to supply an out-of-stock item by the next day.

Europe / Rest of The World Delivery:

All EU/R.O.W. orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For, the cost of which is based on the weight of the order.

All EU / R.O.W orders weighing over 2kg will be shipped via Interparcel online courier, the customer will be provided with a tracking number by email. Shipping times will vary with each different country.

*EU / REST OF THE WORLD CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: We are always conscious of the cost of shipping your order. It is cheaper to ship packages overseas through ‘Royal Mail International Signed For’ than via an alternative courier though this is only possible for orders that weigh under 2k.  Any package over 2kg will not be accepted by Royal Mail and so must be sent by courier and this can reflect a sharp rise in the shipping cost. In some cases, the delivery charge on packages of 2kg or over from the website may be in excess of the actual courier cost and in such cases, we will refund the balance back to the customer. For example, if on completion of your order the delivery charge is £50.00 but the actual delivery cost turns out to be £30.00, we will be refund you the £20.00 balance.

How is postage calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by weight and location of your order. You can find this out for yourself by going through the checkout process with the items you wish to purchase in your basket. After you have entered your address, the delivery drop down menu will offer you your shipping options and cost, this will be recalculated if you add or subtract items.

Can I add insurance?

To add insurance to your order, select Insured from the Delivery Method dropdown menu in your Bag. All orders outside of the UK are shipped signed and insured.

Can I collect from your offices in Tooting?

Yes! Just select “Collect from office” in the Delivery Method menu. You will not be charged for shipping, Customers who select this option at checkout will be able to collect once they have received a "Ready for Collection" email. This is usually same day unless your order was placed after 3.00pm and providing that all items are in stock and not containing any pre-order products. If any of these items are not in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you immediately. Collection is available on weekdays only between 10.00am-5.00pm.

Reserve Your Order


This option is for customers who wish to pay and reserve multiple orders until they are ready for us to ship them. This way you can secure your goods and save on shipping costs. 

To use this function please select the 'Reserve Your Order' option when choosing your delivery method at checkout. Please note that delivery charges will not be incurred at this stage. Once you are ready to ship your items, get in touch with us at to confirm this, along with your chosen shipping address. This is when we will invoice you the cost of shipping, once this is paid orders will be despatched immediately.

Please note:

1. Once ordered a record cannot be removed or swapped from your selection. Orders can be stacked for up to three calendar months, orders left for over six months with no contact or response to our emails will be returned to stock. The value of the order can only then be used as credit for purchases at our online store.

2. This service is not applicable for customers who place orders overseas without VAT and wish to collect their order here in the UK. If this should happen VAT will be charged prior to collection.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the item. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding faulty items that have been damaged in transit. These will be replaced on return to us, and the return postage will be refunded back to the customer. Any errors on our part will of course be rectified without cost to the customer. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit / debit cards including alongside PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

How do Wishlist’s work?

Wishlist’s provide a great space to store your wanted items.

If you are logged in, you can click on the heart icon on the products to add that item to your Wishlist. You can add as many items to your Wishlist as you like, the items added to your list are then stored in the heart icon on the right of the header. From there you can add these items to your basket or save them for later.  This function does not reserve the stock, so the product may go out of stock before you order.

How do I use my Discount Code (Gift Voucher)?

We sell electronic and physical gift vouchers you can find these in the Gift Voucher category on the menu bar.

If your Discount Code exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will automatically be credited to your account. If your order exceeds the value of the Discount Code, and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance, or we will send you an invoice to pay the balance.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the person icon on the right-hand side of header. 

How do I reset my password?

Click the Forgot Password link on the Login Page to reset your password. An email with instructions on how to create a new password will be sent to the account email.

Updating Details?

All personal information can be updated in the Your Account section of the website. This can be found by logging in and selecting Your Account link in the header. You will be able to edit your personal details, saved address and saved cards.
