Track Listing / Description Perhaps better known as the drummer "Benbow", Anthony Creary recorded this tune, based upon the House Of The Rising Sun, at the Black Ark during sessions for Junior Byles circa 1974, though it was originally released on the Studio One subsidiary Sight 'N' Sound where Creary's band Solid Foundation were also working on sessions. Deep, mystical roots. Mystical sounds emerging off of this 7 inch quarter. Roots music doing what it’s designed to do. Amazing and eerily ambient backing vocals start the tune rolling, with a piano melody sprinkled like stardust in the background. The rhythym guitar is chopping and sharp with the bassline oozing out the speakers nice and deep. The vocal itself is excellent, deep, rich in texture and gliding over the Solid Foundation riddim section. Built at Black Ark circa mid 70s… Golden era roots music.
