Third World Cop - DVD

Loose cannon cop Capone (played by Paul Campbell) returns to his home town of Kingston to join a group of officers fighting organised crime in the area. He teams up with his friend Ratty who is the right hand man of the notorious local don One Ne (Carl Bradshaw of Harder They Come & Smile Orange fame). Torn between their obligations and their personal histories, each man offers the other the chance to make a change which ends up in a tragic & violent finale.
