Payment Security...
All credit card information passed to the Dub Vendor site takes place behind a 128 bit encrypted secure socket layer. You will notice the change of address in your browser address bar and the secure certificate padlock on the status bar. This means that information sent is scrambled during transport so that any interception of the order will be rendered useless. It is then reassembled at the other end to fulfill your order. The data base to which it travels has a further level of encryption added to prevent any access to order information once received. All card information is deleted as soon as the order is completed.

Postage and Package Calculations...
Postage and packaging costs will automatically be added to your bill after you have selected your purchases as . Costs may be calculated using the rates listed below.

Postage and Package Rates... UK

7" Records - 1 = £1.00, then 30p for each additional 7".

10" Records - 1 = £2.50, then 50p for each additional 10".

12" & LP Records - 1 = £2.50, then 50p for each additional 12" or LP.

CD & Cassettes - 1 = £1.00, then 50p for each additional CD or Cassette.

DVD & Video - 1 = £1.00, then 50p for each additional DVD or Video.

Books - 1 = £2.00 then 50p for each additional Book (unless otherwise stated in book description).

Magazines - 1 = £1.00, then 50p for each additional Magazine.

Record Middles - 1 = £1.00, then 30p for each additional Record Middle.

Slipmats - 1 = £1.00, then 50p for each additional Slipmat.

T-Shirt - 1 = £2.50, then 50p for each additional T-Shirt.

Sleeves (10 pack) - 1 = £2.50, then 50p for each additional pack.

Record Bags  £5.00

Record Boxes - £12.00 each for UK delivery only. Bags or Boxes will be sent by next day courier service. (Please note that any other items that you order with a Record Bag or Record Box will not incur any further postal charges).

UK Customers should note that any orders over £50.00 will be charged a flat postage rate of £7.50 (unless the normal postage rate is lower), and will be sent as a recorded parcel. Customers falling under the £50.00 limit may have their orders registered for a further fee of £1.50 if they require. Please indicate this when placing your order.

Larger or heavy parcels may be sent by next day courier at Dub Vendor's discretion, customers will be told in advance of post date so to expect delivery.

All orders weighing over 2kg will be sent through Interparcel online courier, the  customer will be provided with a tracking number by email.  Shipping times will vary with each different country, Dub Vendor will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

VAT

Vat calculated @ 15.00% is included on all UK & European Community transactions. Non European customers will manually have Vat deducted from their final total. Vat reductions do not apply to postage rates.

Faulty Goods / Returns...

Customers must contact us within seven days of receipt regarding faulty items or goods that have been damaged in transit. These will be replaced on return to us and the return postage will be credited.  Any errors on our part will of course be rectified without cost to the customer.  Please note that some vinyl records, particularly those imported from Jamaica, may contain varying amounts of surface noise.  We try to make sure that the records we sell are of an acceptable level and therefore do not accept responsibility for their quality.
